Promptly enables businesses to send conversational and customer-care SMS messages, including appointment reminders, missed call follow-ups, and general support communications. Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
End users may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the sending business directly.
Businesses using Promptly are solely responsible for obtaining proper express consent from end users before sending SMS communications.
Businesses must obtain proper consent before sending messages and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements related to SMS communications.
Promptly services are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Promptly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
